  • How can I track my order from Crystal Lite's online gift shop?
    You will receive a confirmation email from Crystal Lite and tracking will be sent through Australia Post once shipped.
  • How can I place an order on Crystal Lite's online gift shop?
    Answer: To place an order on Crystal Lite's online gift shop, simply browse through our collection, select the items you wish to purchase, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details to complete your order.
  • Where do you ship to?
    Crystal Lite ships Australia wide only.
  • What is the shipping duration?
    There are two options available; Parcel Post 2 - 7 business days and Express Post 1 - 3 business days, keeping in mind that special handmade orders take an estimated time of 3 business days to make and then ship out.
  • Does Crystal Lite do exchanges or refunds?
    Due to special handmade orders, there are no exchanges on products. Refunds will be issued only if there is a manufacturing fault, but in saying that each item will be checked thoroughly and photographed from start to ship. Ensure you enter your email at checkout for updates of your purchase.
  • What payment methods are accepted on Crystal Lite's online gift shop?
    Crystal Lite's online gift shop accepts credit card payments, PayPal and After Pay payments for purchases.
  • Are Crystal Lite's Crystals natural stone?
    Yes, all crystals are natural stone except for Opalite. Opalite is man-made, but it still carries the energy properties, as is it is made with 'Opalescence.'
  • What are amber teething necklaces? Amber teething necklaces are specifically design to safely relieve teething pains in babies. They feature amber beads that are secured on cotton thread with individual knots, and end in a specially designed safety clasps. The amber beads come in different colors, from light honey color to dark cherry brown color, and also come in polished or unpolished (raw) beads. What are amber teething necklaces?

  • Are amber teething necklaces safe to sleep in?
    The first is that babies should not wear anything to bed. So that would include the amber necklace. Some parents do keep their necklaces on their babies all the time. It is a personal decision and you need to feel comfortable with your decision. Alternatively you can place the necklace on the babies ankle rather than around the neck, for safety reasons.

    For babies, a 32cm necklace is the best size during teething. There is always the rare exception with a big baby. So we recommend you measure around your babies neck before ordering just to be sure.

    Amber teething necklaces are made of baltic amber (fossilized tree sap), which has been a traditional European remedy known for its healing and anti-inflammatory properties. Genuine Baltic Amber is sourced from Scandinavia or around the Baltic Sea, and should ideally come with a authenticity certificate.
  • How should amber teething necklaces fit?
    Amber teething necklaces, when done up, should sit comfortably in the nape of your babies neck. It should not be to tight, or too loose so that the baby could get the necklace in their mouth.
