Crystal Lite has teamed up with Australia Post, shipping available Australia wide only. Two options available; Parcel Post (standard Post) estimated time of 3 - 7 business days. Express Post estimated time of 1 - 3 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges: Crystals Bears and other products are custom hand-made orders, so therefore there is no exchanges on any products.
Returns: Crystals Bears and other products are custom hand-made and for that reason there is no returns on any products unless there is a manufacturing fault, which will be FULLY REFUNDABLE.
Each order will be checked thoroughly and photographed from start to shipped and these images are sent to the customer via email, with their progress order updates.
